• STEM stands for 'Science, Technologies, Engineering and Maths'
• All students will be involved as part of their weekly learning program: 
• ​Prep-Year 2 – Science & Technologies
• Years 3-6 – Technologies
• Students will be engaged in hands-on inquiry learning where they get to ask questions, explore ideas and design solutions
• Students will learn resilience, teamwork, problem solving, communication and design thinking skills
• This term, students also have the opportunity to use their STEM skills on their lunch breaks:
  
• Tuesday Lunch 2: Lego Building in the STEM Room for Years P-6
• Wednesday Lunch 2: Coding in the library for Years 1-6
• Thursday Lunch 2: Bee Bots in the STEM Room for Year 4
• Selected students are participating in the Queensland Virtual STEM Academy (QVSA) as a way to extend their STEM learning
• Stay tuned for our upcoming Robotics Club for selected students, and a STEM Mayhem day later in the year!
